Add something to cart and continue shopping... It starts the list from the very beginning and has to reload everything. At least on the website, it would put you back where you last added. During PayPal checkout, it crashed completely. Barely loaded the page and then went to a code page that couldnt back out of. Have no idea if my order went through or not...

Please update every time I open the app it says that "Toys"R"Us app is slowing down device developers need to update the app to make it better compatible"

Do yourself a favour and use their website, its essentially the same thing but their website is easier to navigate.

Please upgrade the app, it makes it easier to save thing for me to buy later then using the website. But the app is so slow and doesnt tell me if its in stock in store or not.

Barely even an app. Flyers are cut off so you can only see half of them and there is no way to scroll down to see more or zoom out. A company this large should not subject their customers to such terrible service.

U cant do alot but i like the app i see all kinds of toys and etc..

The sizing of the flyer is all wrong, being able to see half the flyer is pointless. The fonts are fuzzy and far from clear, might be ok on an iPad but look brutal on the iPhone 5. Maybe if this app gets cleaned up and presentable it might get a bump in stars but as it is now, 1 star is generous.

What is this? barely an app thats what it is and make better commercials because kids dont get that excited over a some toy. I mean do you see kids get excited for toy like that one commercial 2 kids running around a store.

You cant find what you want when searching for products. There is absolutely no ease of use and this is just a mobile version of their site. Absolutely terrible app and it is not worth 0.3 MB on your phone.

I downloaded this app just to find out about a stores hours of op. It never worked and the worse of all os that later when I tried to google the internet site, it would always send me to this app.

The scan feature has never returned a found result. Pure garbage. I dont understand why this is available. Delete.

Im all about retail store apps but the ease of use on this app is garbage.

Extremely slow too up load pages , has many crashes and freezes improvements would be nice to see over all for the location finder store work flawless and quick just wish the other mentioned above would just like the quick as finder for a store near us .... So as far as this I leave at a three star .. Could of been a five if it worked like store locator .

It is displaying the mobile website. When scanning bar codes of product in a toys r us, it does not even recognize the product. So... Pointless product.

Slowest retail app Ive ever tried to use. Absolute garbage.

Unlike the screenshot of the product page - the add to cart / add to registry buttons take up half the screen on my 4S. The product photo barely fits above them and thats it. You have to scroll to see the product name or brand. I can see no reason for each button to be the full width of screen. Wanted to send grandma a screenshot of the item my son wants for his birthday but had to go to the website instead & send a link. Why bother using up space on my phone with an app if I end up going to the website?

No additional functionality over the mobile web site. Cant even local store stock. Meh! Ive deleted it and will just use the web site.

Could use improvement in functionality. As well as when one selects to view an items details, more than half the screen it taken up by "Add To Cart" and "Add To Registry". Dont need massive buttons.

This app is rubbish. Basically the same thing as browsing their mobile site, which I might add is utter garbage.

Unintuitive navigation. When you scroll down 10 items and it goes to "load more" it just loads the same 10 items again and again. Useless app. The developers should be ashamed of themselves.
